SALESFORCE PLATFORM REDEVELOPMENT

Managed Salesforce redevelopment project, ensuring that the platform best reflected the work of the team, automating business processes to reduce administrative burden and driving up user adoption. I was the first point of contact for our Salesforce consultant who supported the build of the platform and acted as a bridge between the technical side of the platform as well as the communicator of how the platform works to the non-technical team. Delivered the project through the full development cycle, from objectives gathering through focus groups, testing, loading and reshaping data and deployment.
