Managed and delivered a procurement exercise for an anti-social behaviour case management platform. Worked with senior management to identify key vulnerabilities of the existing method of recording and managing anti-social behaviour on the housing estates. Ensured that proposed systems fit in to set policies and procedures. Conducted testing and trials with a limited number of estates, carrying out troubleshooting prior to a global launch. Launched the platform with a set of training sessions, guides and manuals. Responsible for continued administration and auditing of the system. The set up and launch of the anti-social behaviour management platform ensured a more robust and audit-able method of recording cases and actions taken to protect residents.
