HEART OF THE CITY WEBSITE REDEVELOPMENT

Managed the website redevelopment project from inception to delivery, collaborating with IT consultants from three financial and professional services companies as well as with the development team. Carried out surveys and focus groups to ascertain issues stakeholders had with the website, which helped inform project objectives. Liaised with expert UX designers to develop a coherent user journey and member experience. Helped in drawing up a comprehensive communications plan to ensure all stakeholders were aware of the upcoming changes. Employed agile project management methodology during the development phase. Organised User Acceptance Testing sessions with a representative group of stakeholders. Launched the website with great feedback from established and new users.
