Mohamed is a multi-talented individual, with particular talent in technology solutions.  As CEO, I relied heavily on Mohamed's technical expertise and operational execution which he carried out with quiet confidence and unfailing success.  This included redesigning our website, mapping the best configuration of our CRM and coming up with proposals for connecting different client groups digitally.  I directly managed him for four years and was inspired by his commitment to the team and to his own self-improvement.  He has a very calm demeanor and is extremely supportive of colleagues, which is a rare asset in a stressful work environment.
