I frequently ask myself, 'What would Moe do?'...

The passion that Moe has for imagining IT solutions to a lot of our management needs is admirable. He sees that something needs resolving and he comes to the table with viable solutions and helps everyone understand what needs doing and guides them on the best way to get it done. He does all of this with incredible grace and makes it look so easy that staff who thought something was insurmountable, confidently adopt the new ways of working. His mantra that he repeats to everyone on the team on a regular basis is 'Work smarter, not harder.' He gets people excited to try new ways to do things and, this is no exaggeration, staff adore him for the energy, vision and enthusiasm he has. Whenever he provided new ways to do things, he brought everyone along and got them excited to learn new things. He created a buzz by preceding each new initiative with workshops, training, and fanfare. Staff who were previously resistant to doing thing differently were enthusiastically embracing the changes. I am absolutely inspired by Moe, and when I am faced with a dilemma about passing information or learning on to my team, I frequently ask myself, 'What would Moe do?'.
