SHAREPOINT SITE DEVELOPMENT

I developed a SharePoint site for the Housing & Neighbourhoods division, allowing them to share documents, and keep up to date on recent news alerts and events. It is also an excellent way to share information on teams and staff members across the division and various office locations. We held workshops and put together working groups with key stakeholders who were brought together to list issues faced by the division and come up with ways of working with SharePoint which could alleviate them. The SharePoint site has given staff access to key documents across various devices. I launched the SharePoint site at the Housing & Neighbourhoods away day, demonstrating the benefits of using SharePoint and how it could be applied for various roles. My team delivered interactive training sessions and video tutorials for staff to get the most out of the platform. I’ve also created a section on the SharePoint site that brings together all of the induction information for new staff in an easy to follow format.
