Previously, I was a Salesforce administrator and developer for Heart of the City, working with Accenture consultants to deliver organisational CRM requirements. I briefly acted as Salesforce consultant to the City of London Corporation during their pilot strategic CRM project, and delivered a technology infrastructure change project, working with IT teams from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Deutsche Bank and Hogan Lovells.
